so i am not very good at keeping up with this at all. and sorry there is no picture this time. i feel like i can't just get one project done before more come up. i really hope that once this month is over i can get everything back on track.

bintli is walking two or three steps at a time. if she would just let go of the wall or what ever is next to her she would just take off. she will find the bravery in her soon. she will just stand in the middle of the floor, when she sees that she is not holding onto anything then she just sits down and crawls to where she wants to go. i think that she will most defiantly be walking by her 1st birthday! however she has decided to start to talk and "hi" is her chosen word. it is well over used! keep up the good work.

So tooth number two has graced us with its presence! WoW, how grumpy teeth can make one person, and ya know I was thinking today, they hurt coming in hurt going out, then they come back! And then there are all the steps of making them straight, clean, cavity free......and so much more! WHY????

well nothing new and exciting has happened since the last time that i posted.

we did get our house sold in st. george, and that is a big weight lifted off of our shoulders. now it is time to move forward. well we already kind of had, but no more to worry about in st. george! it can be my new vacation spot. i miss all my friends and life down there already. makes me sad to think about it, so moving on!

we are all headed camping this weekend! i can't wait, it is going to be a lot of fun. i just hope that the weather behaves. we sleep in a tent so i need it to at least not rain..........and keep your fingers crossed that our air mattress fits in our little tent because i don't know if this prego lady will be able to get off the ground the next morning without a little bit of soft under her big butt!

it has been a long time and i don't even know where to begin.

jesson and i are spending a lot of our extra time fishing. i have not yet caught one and it is making me so mad. jesson always gets one, and we can be standing in the same, place. we were fishing on the salt and i could see the fish coming toward my hook and right when he went to bite it i got over excited and pulled the hook out of the water and then i scared the fish away. that is as close as i have gotten to catching one. when all the excitement was over i looked over to see jesson laughing so hard he couldn't even stand up. such support.

most of you prob already know that i am pregnant and that it is a girl.....as far as they could tell. we will all get to meet her around the 13th of October. we are going to keep the name a secret! so name her what you might.

well i will try to keep you all updated more. love ya all and miss you!

I was so grateful to have the Christmas season come, but glad it is gone. I am ready to move forward. Jesson and I have a lot to look forward too, considering our last year. So let's get it started! We are planning on going to St. George on the 3rd - 5th of Jan to get our stuff! I am so excited, that is such a good way to start the new year!

When we first got married we didn't have couches, just a bed. It was that way for probably 6 months. Now here we are again 5 years later, just a bed.....the sad thing about that is that we had to barrow the bed. Just keep your fingers crossed that the weather will stay nice for us!

So now I am sitting here trying to think of all the things that I want to do, or have get done besides all my stuff moved from St. George in the 2010 year.......... Then I thought how boring, and some of them maybe like a wish, so if I tell them out loud will they not get completed, or come true! Good luck to all you making those 2010 goals.

I am so excited to start year 2010! Jesson and I have been up and down, and up and down, can't wait to just be flying straight.

Isn't that a question most people ask? Well it is on my mind right now. On the 27th Jesson and I will be married for 5 yrs. I am so thankful that we are so happy together! Well back to time, really in five years a lot has happened and I still feel like I am not going anywhere. I don't know where i should be going, but somewhere.......here are some things that have happened in our five years:

-we got married and lived in different towns for 3months

-we finally lived in the same town, St. George
-I passed my state licensing exams
-Jesson started school
-we had to move to what most of you know as the mold hut
-still just working and school, Jesson now done with his 2nd year
-just everyday life, with a lot of gross food, and really good food
-decided to buy a house
-they accepted the offer
-moved again
-got a dog (Axel)
-potty training
-chewed up socks
-more bad food, a lot of take out
-Jesson done with school
-studying for his state exam
-working
-living in Wyoming
-spending a lot of time with family
-house is for sale
-yes, moving again
-still in love

We all have our ups and downs. Jesson and I have had our share, but I wouldn't want them to be with anyone else. I love him very much and am very excited for new adventures, and what's to come! Here's to another 5 years!

i love this view, (not the sheep, that means that we are working), but the town down below! i don't really have words, i am just glad that i get to see something like that when ever i feel like it! i owe that to my parents for all of there hard work! thank you.

he is just so happy, i lost him to fishing this summer, and the season is coming to a close, cuz he doesn't like to ice fish, but i have not seen him enjoy something for a while! good job babe............ i love you!

yes yes i know it has been a really long time......but my life is a little torn up right now, but we are making the best of it! jesson is hunting and fishing again, so that makes him happy, so i guess that makes me happy! i am glad to be around all of the family this summer, we have a had a lot of fun, and working with my dad agian..............well that is more stories to come, but has been great! i miss st. george, and i thought that i wouldn't miss the hot sun, but i am so cold.......i am sure it is going to get worse.
the leaves are all changing, it has been like 5 years at least since i have seen that, and it is so beautiful! i forget all the things that i have been missing and taht is one good thing about being home...........all the wonderful memories!

Sorry i have not been on my game! life is a little nuts. jesson and i are in wyoming right now and jesson started a new job today, i hate the first day. we are excited to be closer to family though......we will actually be here for all the holdidays, that will be fun. hope to here from everyone. let me know if you are in town.

Well i got invited to watch lainey (3 year old niece) at gymnastics! that was a lot of fun. she was so happy that she can flip on the bar all by herself! the smile in the next picture says it all!

then we went over to see my other niece who is 4, and in this picture you can see that we were playing with stickers and axel got to join. i was scared he was going to get mad, but he didn't even care. axel and austin get along so great.......

well, we all decided to go to shoot guns so we pile into the pickle and look what happened! poor poor tire. it was so bad that they couldn't even patch it, gump had to buy a new tire! it was a lot of fun.

this is my austin! while the boys were shooting guns, we got kinda cold so we were playing in the car. she had picked melissa some flowers, so we put some in her hair!

we couldn't get out of working. so we helped shear the sheep! i don't think that i have been home for 5 years, this time of year. it was a lot of fun. i got to meet cate, she is from Australia, and a lot of fun.

it was a very long drive! jesson was sleeping on the way! oh wait.....he is the one driving! hahahaha we were just so bored, but we made it.

who would have thought that there would be this much snow still. it was 96 in st. george when i left, now you all know why i was wining about being cold.

well i am sure that there will be some more wyoming adventure pictures. jesson is still up there and don't know when he will be back in st. george, axel and i are back to the warm weather, but are really missing jesson and can't wait to see him. i hope that it is soon.

wow, it has been a long time since i have to wyoming this time of year and now i remember why! i think that i am going to freeze to death. i have not been this cold in a very very long time. it is 90 in st. george right now and maybe 45 here! ahhhhhhh who does that to them selves? good thing that i love my family and was excited to see them. we surprised our moms for mothers day. it has been fun. when i get back to st. george i will post the pictures! send some sun my way.....PLEASE!

well i title this blog today christmas in march, well as you can see jesson got a gun and a new gun case! i have never seen him so happy. his new gun case holds two rifles and one pistol and a lot more. i have never seen one with so many pockets. he still hasn't got to shoot his gun.....you know what i will be doing this week. but i really don't mind, the weather here is so nice right now.....i think that it was in the 70's today and all the trees are starting to grow back their leaves and the flowers are all coming out.......wow i am so glad that i live here right now. we have a guest bedroom if you need to get some sunshine! for all you still in the snow and cold i do not envy you but give me like two months and i will be saying different! well hope all is well, love and miss you all!

i love this time of year! the hoopes' family was down to go to nascar and then stayed an extra day to play with us! it was fun...the weather was so nice so we all decided to go hiking! i can't decide who had more fun, axel or jesson! axel was diving in the water and then all the red dirt we have here was sticking to him (he had to go get a hair cut the next day).....and jesson thought that he could just climb the cliff i guess. we seriously had so much fun!

well the other day we went with the neighbors to shoot guns and i was complaining because i was cold so i took the picture of st. george to be able to complain to all of you. the picture i took is facing directly north! notice where the snow is.....then this morning my mom sent me the picture of her drive way! ahhhhhhhh i think that i will stop being such a baby and enjoy where i live. i have not once this year had to scrape the window! haha. even when it did snow here i melted really fast! i'm happy to say that im excited to be able to shoot guns and go hiking in January!

well it has been so cold here, and the mean person that i am i still got his hair cut short! so needless to say this is where he spends most of his time now unless the sun is shining through the window then you can find him there snoring away! i think that he is the laziest dog i have ever seen!

hi all! hope that you all had a merry christmas! jesson and i sure did! we just stayed in st. george this year and it was nice just not to have to travel. last night we went around to look at the lights and wow, there was this one house that didn't even miss a tree branch with lights. you needed your sunglasses to see it. and they were dressed up like santa passing out candy canes to people who come to look! it was a lot of fun. well have a fun day and hope you all have a great new year!

1 Embarrassing moment: well i have to say that i have had a lot of embarrassing moments, but this one i remember. my mom sister and i went shopping and we walk into the store and it was slick, and yes i did the whole flying arms swinging dance and fell straight to the ground. instead of my mom and sister helping me up, they just stepped over me and started laughing as they walked away and other people were walking around and over me.

My adorable neighbor girls! they are so cute and fun to be around. Jesson and I just hang out with them, then we don't have to have our own kiddies! haha. This is Addie and Journey. We are on our way to go shoot guns!

This is Sarah and Journey......Journey has her own little pink 22! It is fun to shoot and she is such a good shot....I know that she did better than I did. So did Sarah. But all of us girls did way better than the boys! wink wink.

This is just Jesson, Journey, and Adam. They are loading the guns......oooooo so serious.

Well as you can all tell this is the only good picture that I could get of the boys, and they let me know how they felt about getting their picture taken! haha......I will get a good one someday.

Springdale 5k 10k

Well i decided to have November be my new beginning! So i started it off by doing a 5k walk in Springdale. in case you don't know where that is it is the little torrest town by the gates to go into Zion National Park. it was so fun....my friend jamie went with me and we just walked and talked. it was so cold that day.....i'm glad that we were walking so that i could get warmed up! we were slow (but then we remembered that neither one of us have truly exercised for like 5 years), we weren't first but we weren't last ether! i was just glad that i didn't have to tell jesson that i was last or didn't finish! well here's to the new me!

Well the weather finally cooled off. Now we can go hiking in the day instead of having to wake up so early in the morning. Axel has so much fun when we go. I think that he is half mt. goat, he would run everywhere. He would go places that at one point I thought that I was going to have to get rock climbing gear! We had a great day that day.....I hope there are more to come.

So we decided, (we meaning me), to get some pics this year. We haven't had any for a while. We tried this summer to get some with the whole family when we were in Wyoming but it didn't want to plan out........so here we are! Just Jesson and Me! We have quite a few of them but this one was Jesson's favorite so I thought that I better post it. And in case that you didn't notice we took Axel with us and got a couple of pictures with him. The angel was astounded at the requirements. 'Only two hands!? No way! And that's just on the standard model? That's too much work for one day. Wait until tomorrow to finish..' 'But I won't, ' the Lord protested. 'I am so close to finishing this creation that is so close to my own heart. She already heals herself when she is sick AND can work 18 hour days.' According to a news report, a certain private school in Washington was recently faced with a unique problem. A number of 12-year-old girls had begun to use lipstick and would put it on in the bathroom. That was fine, but after they put on their lipstick they would press their lips to the mirror leaving dozens of little lip prints. Every night the maintenance man would remove them and the next day the girls would put them back. Finally the principal decided that something had to be done. She called all the girls to the bathroom and met them there with the maintenance man. She explained that all these lip prints were causing a major problem for the custodian who had to clean the mirrors every night (you can just imagine the yawns from the little princesses). To demonstrate how difficult it was to clean the mirrors, she asked the maintenance man to show the girls how much effort was required.He took out a long-handled squeegee, dipped it in the toilet, and cleaned the mirror with it. Since then, there have been no lip prints on the mirror. There are teachers.... And then there are educators!!!

well i hope that this doesn't gross ya out too bad.... the other day jesson and his co-worker aaron where finishing wiring a building out in the middle of no where, and this is there story.
jesson decided that he better go to the bathroom and the only thing out there was a blue house or outside ya know! any who....he's going to the bathroom when he hears aaron (co-worker) start screaming like a little girl, so he hurried out and saw him on the other side of the work truck dancing around saying there is a snake in the door to the building and i almost stepped on it........
so jesson goes over to see if it was fake, real, or already dead. it was for sure real, and not already dead. so jesson started throwing rocks at it to get it move away and it started to do the tongue flicking thing so then he hit it with the shovel......mean while back at the truck aaron calls the boss brandon to come and kill it who is just as scared as aaron is so now what? he still wont move away from the truck.......well jesson went to hit it again and it started to strike towards him! p.s. it is a rattle snake. ahhhhhhh, so then he just chopped his head off!
wow, what a day!
and people ask if i'm worried that he is going to die from being electrocuted! (in case you don't know jesson is an electrition)

we went to bear world while we were home! it was so cool.....this was the first time that i had ever seen a bear besides in a zoo! well i guess that this is kinda like a zoo! i hope to see one in the wild some day......but just a few extra miles away! this Bear's name is montie, he is 600lbs he is the biggest bear in the place right now!

this guy was really wanting a doughnut! he wasn't about to get out of the way until he got one. my niece (she is three) went to throw it to him and she only got as far as the hood of the truck and so the bear was beating the crap out of the truck to get the food. the guy driving had to use the windshield wipers to get the food off for the bear!

this guy was clapping his front paws together to get me and jesson to give him some food! it was so cute. they kinda act like they are in a circus, but don't have to wear the silly clothes.

check it out! this thing is huge, this picture does no justice! this thing was HUGE!

let me just tell you a little something about these nasty bugs. (Periplaneta american) This cockroach occurs outdoors and indoors, and often infests basements and sewer systems. These large cockroaches are capable of flying, but usually remain on the ground. The female produces an egg case every month for about 10 months; there are about 16 eggs per egg case. this is just one of the many cockroaches there are. good thing that i decided to live in a place where there is an infestation no matter where you go.....

i am glad that i didn't find this at my house, it was in a house that we clean! the thing was so big that it wouldn't go down the drain in the bathtub so we had to flush it down the toilet!

Candy Run!

i don't know who does something like this, but jesson and i made a candy run today! we drove 1hr. to go to a candy store. they sell all the great old time candy.....we go just for the yummy salt water taffys! YUM. what where we thinking? it was a lot of fun though. the candy store is in the little tourist shops at zion national park! so you never ceased to be amused with all the crazy tourists to watch!

zion is so beautiful....we didn't take the time to go hiking today, the trails are really busy this time of year, but i love the view! this picture is still like 20 miles away from zion and the cliff where you enter the park still just sticks out. the cliffs are so high, it almost makes me sick to look up. i can't imagine what it would be like to look down. i am glad that i live close enough to such a great place!

Fun with the Abplanalp's

This past weekend we went up to Spanish Fork and chilled with the fam! We had a blast....thanks guys! They took us to Thanksgiving Point to the Dino Museum(of ancient life), that was a lot of fun. They were huge animals.....this turtle was my favorite! I still love turtles. They are just amazing animals. I can't even think how cool that would be to see one that big....still alive! Maybe there is one?

You never know what you could find in the ocean that hasn't showed his/her face yet!

we also went to a baseball game! That was fun.....was good to do something that I wouldn't have normally done. The team we were going for didn't win, but Karlie and I entertained ourselves.

I was just thinking that I haven't been to a game since i lived in Florida......but only because I worked at a baseball Field! :)

We hope that we weren't too much trouble!

Summer Times

well summer is here at it's most, in st. george! but who doesn't love the sun?

every time that it gets this hot i don't remember why i live here. until the winter comes along and it is still warm! (that is my answer) also when you can go swimming in the lake and the water temperature in the shade is still 80!

well jesson and i are are doing good, just trying to stay cool. with all our extra time i go swimming, read, and catch all the latest movies; while jesson relaxes in the ac with axel (cuz he works outside all day) and rides his mountain bike!

well i hope that everyone is having a rocken summer so far and had a great 4th.......

well today was a fun day for axel......he just thought that he would help me take care of the plant. i guess i could be glad that he didn't spill the dirt out......it just looks like he sat in the middle of it. we have had axel for a year and he hasn't even touched it and now look! ahhhhhhhh.

p.s. this is the only real plant that i have and it was looking the best that it ever had in like four years........i hope it makes it.

a rather interesting and heated topic: gossip. It’s a very popular means of communication today. Now don’t get me wrong, I believe people have engaged in gossip for as long as man has been vocal. However, gossip has taken on a whole new life with today’s competitive, headline-driven tabloids. In my opinion, it has grown into a monster of. It harms those who are the subject of it and reflects poorly on those who spread it.

If you have ever been the target of gossip, you know how destructive and upsetting it can be. It often leaves you feeling emotionally battered, physically exhausted, and at a loss at how to address it. For those who spread it knowingly, I believe it erodes your character and weakens your spirit

i found this article and thought that it would be good to share it with you! i challenge everyone to step up and stop the gossip! i know that i am guilty of it. when you stop and think about it, it really does erode your character and weaken your spirit. when you weaken your spirit, it just makes the time that you already beat your self up (judge)even worse.i am going to challenge myself. i will let you know how it turns out! i encourage everyone to join me and see if we can make a difference.

i have been waiting the day when i would get to meet my first tarantula, scorpion, or snake while being out and about here in the desert? i have heard so many stories and have lived here 3 1/2 years and still hadn't got to see one. people are always saying, when they go out to their car there is the cute, giant, hairy spider, or go to climb into their bed and there waiting is the scorpion! so when is my turn, well today was the day! this is a king snake and they are not poisonous, but you all know what i was thinking. ahhhhhh! jesson, axel, and myself where just playing at the park and decided to go for a little drive......okay so we didn't know there was a parade today and they blocked us from our driveway! any ways...we decided to go and check out some of the huge, ridiculous, houses that are being built around the neighborhood and this is what we found. i guess that is what we get for snooping!
