i have been waiting the day when i would get to meet my first tarantula, scorpion, or snake while being out and about here in the desert? i have heard so many stories and have lived here 3 1/2 years and still hadn't got to see one. people are always saying, when they go out to their car there is the cute, giant, hairy spider, or go to climb into their bed and there waiting is the scorpion! so when is my turn, well today was the day! this is a king snake and they are not poisonous, but you all know what i was thinking. ahhhhhh! jesson, axel, and myself where just playing at the park and decided to go for a little drive......okay so we didn't know there was a parade today and they blocked us from our driveway! any ways...we decided to go and check out some of the huge, ridiculous, houses that are being built around the neighborhood and this is what we found. i guess that is what we get for snooping!
