Summer

Well summer is here and it is HOT. if you don't here from jesson and i soon it's because we got so hot and crispy that we just turned into dust. hope everyone is having a great summer!

bad, BAD, bad, BAD, bad!

well today was a fun day for axel......he just thought that he would help me take care of the plant. i guess i could be glad that he didn't spill the dirt out......it just looks like he sat in the middle of it. we have had axel for a year and he hasn't even touched it and now look! ahhhhhhhh.

p.s. this is the only real plant that i have and it was looking the best that it ever had in like four years........i hope it makes it.

Geena!

we are so excited.........geena got to move home! she looks so happy! i think mom and dad are happy to have there oldest girl home.

her room looks so good, good job to all you who helped get her moved in. we can't wait to see her. my cousin jackie is her house mate and good friend i am so excited to see them both.....i hear that they are great friends. thanks jackie for making her feel welcome and for being her friend.

Gossip

a rather interesting and heated topic: gossip. It’s a very popular means of communication today. Now don’t get me wrong, I believe people have engaged in gossip for as long as man has been vocal. However, gossip has taken on a whole new life with today’s competitive, headline-driven tabloids. In my opinion, it has grown into a monster of. It harms those who are the subject of it and reflects poorly on those who spread it.

If you have ever been the target of gossip, you know how destructive and upsetting it can be. It often leaves you feeling emotionally battered, physically exhausted, and at a loss at how to address it. For those who spread it knowingly, I believe it erodes your character and weakens your spirit

i found this article and thought that it would be good to share it with you! i challenge everyone to step up and stop the gossip! i know that i am guilty of it. when you stop and think about it, it really does erode your character and weaken your spirit. when you weaken your spirit, it just makes the time that you already beat your self up (judge)even worse.i am going to challenge myself. i will let you know how it turns out! i encourage everyone to join me and see if we can make a difference.

park, sun, water, and fun!

i think that the park when it is 90 is the best place to be......i also think that it is the best when your niece thinks that the only place there is a fun park is where you live! lainey thinks that there are only parks when she goes to storme's and jesson's house........we do live in a fun place. i guess that if she ever finds out that there are parks at her house too she will stop coming to visit!

I love Summer!

i love summer. it was so fun this week end, my sister savana, husband jay, and little girl lainey came to see us. they are so sick of the snow and just wanted to be outside. i am so glad because i wanted a really good excuse to get outside. we spent a day at Zion and one at the lake. we also spent a lot of time at the park. those pictures will be up soon! i hope all of you are enjoying your summer too!
